With a renovation phase lasting approximately one and a half years, we have undertaken extensive improvements and innovations for the benefit of our guests. The 4-star business-class Hotel Salzburg West now features, in addition to its remodelled exterior façade, a fully renovated reception area, along with a modernised restaurant, bar and lobby. The rooms had already been renovated in 2005 and offer all the amenities of a modern 4-star hotel, providing our guests with every imaginable comfort.

The 152 hotel rooms were renovated in 2005 and feature many modern amenities, as well as heatable flooring and a mirror in the bathroom.

Experience for yourself the added value of an upgrade to business and Business+ rooms, or perhaps even a stay in one of our spacious executive suites, with some of them featuring an additional work area including fax and modem connectivity, and some also having separate living and sleeping areas. The suites can be equipped with up to 4 beds, thus also making them ideal for families.

Area information

With its optimal location adjacent to major transit connections, the Hotel Salzburg West offers our guests rapid access to the motorways, the railway station and, of course, the airport. Until full completion of the new Designer Outlet Center Salzburg, our guests have limited parking opportunities in front of the hotel. However, the free car park and underground garage at the Baumax Salzburg-Wals, just 250 metres away, provide our guests with ample parking. Coach parking is also available close to the hotel.

A1 motorway Vienna - Salzburg:
Take the airport exit, then turn left and at the first roundabout, go straight. At the second roundabout, take the second exit right.

A8/A10 motorway Villach - Salzburg:
Head in the direction of Vienna/Salzburg, take the airport exit and turn right. At the first roundabout, go straight. At the second roundabout, take the second exit.

The hotel's private garage will be finished in April 2009. Until then parking is possible at the backside of the hotel.
