Overview |
Our hotel is located in the centre of Vienna, on the Ringstraße. The famous Postsparkasse building by Otto Wagner is just outside and other attractions in Vienna are close by.
Although the guest house is situated in the middle of the vibrating, adventurous and cultural city of Vienna, the traditional rooms have a peaceful and calm atmosphere.
We are happy to organize tickets for diverse cultural events, and are happy to welcome you in our guest house. A 15 minutes walk will bring you to the Stephansdom, Wiener Prater and the Stadtpark. We are also close to the train station and there are a number of shopping centres and museums near by.

Area information
The Pension Riedl is located directly at Vienna's most famous boulevard - the Ringstrasse, where many of the city's most important buildings are situated, including the Museums of Natural History and the History of Art, the Parliament, City Hall, the Burg Theatre, the Opera and the Stock Exchange. All these buildings can be reached on foot within 15 to 20 minutes.
Travel information
From the airport:
Take a bus to Schwedenplatz.
From Südbahnhof (Southern Train Station):
Take tram line (direction Nußdorf) to Karlsplatz and continue on underground line U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Schwedenplatz. There you take the "Urania" exit.
From Westbahnhof (Western Train Station):
Take the underground line U3 (direction Simmering) to Stephansplatz and change to the U1 (direction Leopoldau). Go to Schwedenplatz and take the "Urania" exit.

Our reception is open from 07.30 to 11:30 and from 16:00 to 20:00. Check-in is possible 24 hours via our electronic access system.
