After the sumptuous breakfast, you can enjoy a wide range of Bahian and international cuisine in the restaurant.
The local specialities include a selection of seafood, such as fish, shrimps (small and large), calamari and lobster. Savour these delicacies either fried or as 'moqueca' - boiled in a coconut milk sauce with vegetables and spices.
You also find beef, mutton, chicken, spaghetti, vegetarian dishes and salads on our menu, and we offer snacks for the smaller appetite.

Area information
Praia de Jauá is situated in the north of Salvador da Bahia, and boasts one of Brazil’s finest beaches. The 1.5-km stretch of white sand and warm waters provide the ideal backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
In Jauá itself you find a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other shopping facilities, and you can sample a host of Bahian food and drinks in more than forty beach pavilions.
The airport is 17 km away, while the historical centre of Salvador lies at a distance of 40 km.
