There are fully furnished 2-bedroom business class apartments, located just in front of the Town Hall (address: Raekoja sq 8). Most of apartments are with sauna and sofa-bed in living-room.

Raekoja Residence is offering serviced apartments. All apartments are spacious enough to feel your self like at home, to work or to receive guests or even cook them a delicious dinner. Staying with us you are staying in the middle of the unique old town of Tallinn.

Food & beverage

We do not serve breakfast, but are happy to provide to our customers delicious breakfasts at the Restaurant Pegasus or breakfast room service. The menus are available in the apartments.

Breakfast at the Restaurant Pegasus is served Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00, on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:00 and on Sundays from 10:00 to 12:00.

Room service breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:00, and on weekends from 10:00 to 13:00. This has to be ordered by no later than 22:00 the day before.

All apartments are furnished and equipped; set to high standard. Apartments are regularly serviced, with a weekly change of bed-linen and maid service.
2-bedroom apartments have 2 bedrooms (either with 2 single beds or 1 large bed), living-room with open kitchen, bathroom with shower. Most of the 2-bedroom apartments have also a sauna and sofa-bed in living-room.

Area information

Raekoja Residence is located in the heart of the Tallinn Old Town, on the Town Hall Square (Raekoja square 8). The square and surrounding is full of restaurants and cafeterias, small shops ect. If you get lost in old town, you will always arrive to that square.

Travel information

We are happy to provide to our guests complimentary transfer on arrival. We will meet you at the airport, harbour, bus station or train station and will bring you to your apartment. For that we need your arrival details.

Parking possibility within 300 meters with additional cost.

Important information

Please inform Raekoja Residence about the following:
1. Your arrival details in order to arrange a meeting for delivery of keys in case you do not use our transfer.
2. In case you wish to use our free transfer on arrival inform us at least 2 working days in advance about your arrival details (flight/ferry/bus/train name, number, arrival time in Tallinn).
3. If you need single beds or large beds.
4. We request payment on arrival. The payment can be done in local currency.
